Write the subject and message in your own words. {{name}} and {{clinic_name}} fill themselves in for every patient. A live preview shows exactly what patients receive - and you can email yourself a test to see it in your own inbox.

Tick feedback as checked

That one tick is the trigger. If automation is on and the patient left an email, the first follow-up is scheduled - for example 48 hours later, whatever delay you choose.

Patient replies land in YOUR inbox

Replies go directly to your clinic's email address - the reply-to you configure, or your alert email by default. We are invisible in the conversation.
